Here’s a 4900FA sleeper that’s dressed to impress. This bad boy rolls the roads in Granby, Quebec, Canada and is custom built for the varying conditions it encounters on a daily basis. Many of our Australian readers understand the need for extended breathers for those dusty road conditions they’re driving through day-in and day-out. There are a number of North American owners that look for this feature as well. A trip to their local Western Star dealer parts counter is all it takes.
This 4900FA sports a comfortable 54” low roof Starlight Sleeper. With its decals, chrome and other extras, it makes a very impressive figure as it roams the roads around Quebec. It’s as handsome on the inside as it is on the outside with a 600 hp DD16 engine, an 18 speed Eaton transmission, 16K front and 46K rear axles, and a 244” wheel base. It also sports 300 gallon capacity fuel tanks to keep it going on those long hauls. Thanks to Guy Meunier from Camions Western Star, Granby, Quebec, Canada, for sharing this custom built Western Star.
